A Milwaukee County judge has set bail at a half-million dollars for the man accused of the torture and killed of a 15-year-old boy. Prosecutors say Malik Terrell beat the victim with a hammer, stabbed him in the neck, then burned his body. Terrell and two family members thought Dennis King had been involved in the theft of their video game system. King’s remains were found in a vacant house several days after he was reported missing. Terrell made his first court appearance Sunday and the judge found probable cause to hold him for trial on a charge of first-degree intentional homicide. He will have a preliminary hearing June 6th.
