State Representative Andre Jacque faced off in a debate at UW-Green Bay with is opponent for the 1st District State Senate seat, Caleb Frostman yesterday. The forum lasted an hour, and saw citizens asked the candidates questions they deemed important. One citizen asked about how the two men would help take care of the groundwater contamination issue in Kewaunee County. In a rare form of agreeance between parties, both men agreed that new legislation is needed to dictate where manure can be spread. The two wuill square off in the election on June 12th.
