A Monona man has changed his plea to not guilty on charges he attacked two women and sexually assaulted a third. A Wednesday hearing in Dane County Circuit Court was originally scheduled so Coleman Chung could enter a guilty plea. Chung’s attorney told the judge talks with prosecutors had fallen apart and his 30-year-old client was changing his plea. Chung faces four counts of sexual assault for an alleged attack on a 17-year-old University of Wisconsin student in Madison last September. Investigators say he recorded the assault on video. He was also accused of attacking two women the same week near the university campus.
