A grizzly scene littered the section of 14th Street between Earie Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Sheboygan Friday morning. A crash involving three cars and a cement truck littered the area with debris. Three of the individuals involved in the crash were taken to the hospital, while one person is in police custody. Citizen reports indicate that a vehicle was traveling down 14th Street at a high rate of speed, when it struck a second vehicle, flipping over in the process. A passing cement truck then attempted to maneuver to avoid the vehicle, rolling onto its side. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the accident.
