A federal judge has sentenced a California man who conspired to sell big quantities of meth in Wisconsin to seven years in prison. Forty-three-year-old Luis Martinez of Palmdale had pleaded guilty to the conspiracy charges in March. Eleven people were charged for their roles in the conspiracy which involved the so-called Dutton drug distribution network in the state. Martinez is the 10th one to be sentenced. Prosecutors told the judge he was responsible for selling at least two pounds of pure meth here.
