A Manitowoc woman was arrested after she made terroristic threats towards Family Dollar. The woman was an employee at the store, until she was caught stealing items. The Manitowoc Police were called to investigate the claim at around 5:30 PM on Wednesday. The woman was fired, and attempted to leave the building. The officer on hand asked her to stop walking away, an order she refused. After several more attempts to verbally get the woman to stop, officers placed her into handcuffs. While in police custody, she threatened to blow up the store, saying “there will be no more Family Dollar.” Jakuley S. Williams is being held in the Manitowoc County Jail and has been charged with Theft by Employee, Resisting, and Making Terroristic Threats.
