Racine County authorities say two men were inside a car conducting a drug transaction when one of them was shot in the leg. The incident happened at about 6:00 A-M in the Village of Union Grove. Investigators say the 21-year-old gunshot victim admitted drugs were being bought. He will be arrested when he gets out of the hospital. The 22-year-old suspected shooter was taken into custody soon after the incident. Sheriff Christopher Schmaling says the two men are well known to law enforcement in the area. Their names haven’t been released yet.
