Drug use continues to be a problem in Sheboygan, where another person overdosed on heroin, resulting in two men being arrested. A Sheboygan Police Officer found a car containing Dylan Lutzke, and Dalton Flessert stopped in the middle of a traffic lane last Tuesday. When the officer approached the vehicle, he noticed that Flessert was behind the wheel passed out, with Lutzke attempting to wake him up. Upon learning that Flessert had taken heroin, the officer revived him using a Narcan shot. A search of the vehicle uncovered the heroin, which may have been laced with fentanyl, as well as marijuana, and methamphetamine. Both men were subsequently arrested, with Lutzke facing two decades behind bars if it is proven that he supplied the drugs to Flessert.
