Residents of a neighborhood near Interstate 43-94 say they heard multiple shots during a Tuesday incident which resulted in the busy highway being shut down. One neighbor says he counted seven shots. The northbound lanes of the interstate and Becher Street were closed to traffic for more than two hours. A second neighbor also heard the shots, saying two cars sped away. One person was seen in handcuffs. Milwaukee police say they are still looking for suspects in the shooting incident. No injuries were reported, but the bullets did hit passing cars.
