A U.S. Supreme Court hearing scheduled for tomorrow for justices to review convicted murderer Brendan Dassey’s appeal for oral arguments in his case has been rescheduled. No specific reason was given and a new date has not been set. Dassey and his uncle Steven Avery were convicted of murdering freelance photographer Teresa Halbach at the Avery Family Auto Salvage Yard near Mishicot on October 31st 2005. The court was to hear if arguments should be scheduled. Four of the nine justices must agree for those arguments to proceed otherwise his conviction would stand and the previous court ruling would remain in place.
