The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office says D-N-A evidence helped lead them to a suspect in two sexual assault cases. Reginaldo Etienne is being held at the Kenosha County Jail. A 67-year-old woman was attacked while walking alone on the Kenosha County Bike Trail in March. Two months later, an 18-year-old woman told investigators she was assaulted while walking on the same trail. The 32-year-old suspect, Etienne, is charged with two counts of sexual assault with the use of force, one count of aggravated battery to the elderly, one count of battery and one count of theft.
