Plymouth Man in Federal Court

A Plymouth man is facing federal charges after he allegedly seduced a 15 year old Floridian girl. 30 year old Dale Lutgen Jr was speaking to the girl online last year, and told her she would be his first wife. He then drove to Miami Florida to pick her up and bring her back to his home in Plymouth. According to court documents, the pair engaged in sex twice on the drive back. Lutgen was arrested in his home last year as well. He was initially going to face charges in Sheboygan County Court, last December, but the judge dismissed those charges, so Lutgen could be charged federally.
