Jacqueline M. Schultz, age 83, longtime Two Rivers resident, died peacefully early Saturday morning, September 1, 2018 at her residence, with family at her side.
Jackie was born July 3, 1935 in Newald, WI to the late Frank and Mary (Brunette) Jobelius, and was a graduate of Laona High School. On June 30, 1956, she married Dale W. Schultz at St. Luke’s Church in Two Rivers. The couple was blessed with 62 years of marriage. Jackie loved to cook and bake for her family and friends; she enjoyed reading and shopping, and was an excellent writer who enjoyed writing poems. Jackie was also a longtime member of the VFW Ladies Auxilary.
Survivors include her husband, Dale; one daughter & son-in-law, Chloe and Denis Corbeil of Anawa, WI; two sons & daughters-in-law, Paul and Jayne Schultz of Francis Creek, Pete and Candice Schultz of Two Rivers; four grandchildren: Tina (Josh) Davis, Travis Corbeil, Kasey Schultz, Kendra Schultz; and three great-grandchildren: Gavin, Willow and Briar. She is further survived by two sisters, Frankie Koch and Shirley Duval both of Two Rivers; one brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Glenn (Bernice) Schultz, and Sharon Jobelius, all of Two Rivers, Sharon Reedy of Florida; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Cora Schultz; numerous brothers & sisters; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7, 2018 at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 17th and East Park St, Two Rivers. Rev. Stephen Kruschel will officiate at the memorial service. Cremation has taken place.
The family will greet friends and relatives at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Friday morning from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. There will be no Thursday evening visitation.
