Phyllis M. Barner, age 83, of Two Rivers passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Aurora BayCare Center in Green Bay, surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 6, 2018 at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. David Arndt with burial to take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers at a later date.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
Survivors include one daughter: Linda Allie (fiancé Mark Chevalier); one son and daughter-in-law: Mark & Kriss Barner; four grandchildren: Dana (Martin) Poncé , Jeffrey Allie, Whitney (Christopher) Bender, Taylor Barner (significant other Tyler Wolf); four great grandchildren: Dominic, Martin Jr., Edward and William Poncé ; one sister and brother-in-law: Mary & Ron Hasche; one brother and sister-in-law: Roger & Judy Hoida; two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law: Allan & Shirley Barner, Roger Barner, Suzie Monka; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Phyllis was preceded in death by one son Brian: one brother: Gene Hoida and one sister-in-law: Marilyn Barner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Phyllis’ name, which will be donated to one of her favorite organizations at a later date.
