Water’s Edge Development of Sheboygan has announced that they will be unveiling their 32 unit condominium project tomorrow. The unit, called Water’s Edge, is located on the Sheboygan River, at 15th Street, between Wisconsin and Niagara Avenues. The project is worth an estimated $7 million, with a target selling range of $250,000 or less per unit. Construction is expected to be completed by early next summer. Water’s Edge Development is comprised of three experienced developer from Southeast Wisconsin.
