After a big Tuesday, Green Bay general manager Brian Gutekunst was back at work the next day adjusting the Packers roster even more. Veteran tight end Marcedes Lewis was signed to a one-year deal and wide receiver Geronimo Allison received a right-of-refusal tender. Lewis stirred off-season controversy with his comments on quarterback Aaron Rodgers, but new Packers coach Matt LaFleur runs an offense featuring outside-zone runs, making Lewis more valuable. The tender which pays Allison a little over two-million dollars this season gives the Packers the right to match any offer made by another team. The Packers decided not to tender safety Kentrell Brice.
