A man who was shot in the leg by a Beaver Dam police officer last fall has entered a not guilty plea to charges he threatened that officer with a gun. Thirty-five-year-old Richard Henke was shot in the leg October 26th. Police Officer Brian Linzenmeyer was responding to a domestic incident report when Henke allegedly pointed a rifle at him. Linzenmeyer was also attacked by two dogs. Henke has a scheduling conference set for next month in Dodge County Circuit Court.
