The city of Manitowoc announces its 5422Home Down Payment Assistance Program as part of the City’s Healthy Neighborhood Initiative. Mayor Justin Nickels says Eligible program participants seeking to purchase property within the program area could receive a 5-year forgivable loan up to $5000 as down payment assistance.
