Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) Write an apology letter to Federal Mogul, to be first approved by the agent before being sent; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety, with the exception of any prescribed medications, taken as prescribed; 4) Have no contact with Federal Mogul or any part of its premises; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Provide DNA sample; 8) Complete fifty-six (56) hours of community service per each year of probation, for a total of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours. 9) Pay $28,872 in restitution to Federal Mogul. $1,000.00 cash bail on the file is ordered to be applied to restitution. 10) Spend one hundred and twenty (120) days in the county jail, under the Huber Law, stayed and to be imposed at the agents’ discretion and upon order of the court; 11) Comply with all orders, conditions and requirements related to the ongoing mental health commitment. The Court will not permit a probation transfer to Florida.
