Justin Michael Budrecki, 30, Manitowoc, Substantial battery- intend to do bodily harm as repeater and criminal damage to property as repeater DVO on 11/24/18, Guilty due to no contest plea, on count 2, sentence is withheld and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. On count 4, sentence is withheld and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for one (1) year. Conditions of probation: 1) Pay court costs; 2) pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 3) maintain fulltime employment/schooling/work search or combination; 4) have no contact with the victim. The only contact allowed would be if the agent and treatment provider deem that an apology letter from the defendant to the victim, is needed; 5) AODA assessment and follow through; 6) Maintain absolute sobriety; 7) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 8) Any other counseling and/or assessments deemed appropriate by the agent. The defendant cannot withdraw or quit any counseling or treatment without permission of both the agent and treatment provider; 9) Spend twelve (12) months in the county jail, under the Huber Law, on count 2 only, consecutive to any other sentence presently being served. Jamal L Rudd, 24, Manitowoc, theft-movable property, 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety and battery on 01/1/18, Guilty due to no contest plea, Count 2 – 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety (DVO) – Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for eight (8) years, four (4) years initial confinement, followed by four (4) years extended supervision. Execution of sentence is stayed and defendant is placed on probation to DOC for five (5) years. Court finds the defendant is not eligible for the Substance Abuse Program and not for the Challenge Incarceration Program. Defendant is given 228 days credit. Count 1 – Theft – Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation are: Same as on count 2, except for jail time. Count 3 – Battery – Defendant is sentenced to six (6) months jail, time served. $380.00 court costs to be paid as a condition of probation. Defendant is given 135 days credit.

Jesse E Christopherson, 40, St Nazianz, OWI (4th) with passenger under 16-years old on 6/29/18, Guilty due to no contest plea, The Court sentences the defendant to the Manitowoc County Jail for six (6) months, under the Huber Law, commencing immediately. Court authorizes transfer to Calumet County Jail and also authorizes release for medical appointments and treatment. $1,200.00 fine plus costs imposed, along with $20.00 blood draw fee, total of $2,597.00, to be paid by 07-08-19 or 50 days jail, consecutive to the jail sentence imposed.
