Manitowoc’s longest-serving mayor, Kevin Crawford, will soon have a street named after him. Crawford Boulevard will run from Calumet Avenue to Rapids Road (formerly Dewey Street) in honor of the former mayor. The formal change to Crawford Boulevard is scheduled to occur during a ceremony on June 29th. Crawford served 20-years in the Mayor’s office from 1989-to-2009.
