Manitowoc’s Garden Faire Extraordinaire is carrying on the local garden fair tradition by celebrating the outdoors and featuring live music on Saturday, June 8th. With over 80 vendors, Washington Park will be filled with selections of locally grown plants of all types – herbs, perennials, annuals, hanging baskets, native plants, vegetable starts and houseplants, air plants, plus garden art and accessories, artisan crafts and local foods. Live music will be playing from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m, and new this year, a free shuttle. Parking will be at 1006 Franklin Street (northwest corner of S 10th & Franklin Streets) with pickup/drop off every 20 minutes. Additionally, there is a supervised loading/pick zone for purchases and handicap parking spaces. This area will be on the southeast corner of the park located on S 11th Street.
