Daniel Lee Pilcher, 25, Milwaukee, possess firearm – convicted of felony on 6/2/18, Guilty Plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of four (4) years, two (2) years initial confinement, followed by two (2) years extended supervision. Court finds that if the defendant performs fifty (50) hours of community service work within the first three (3) months, court will grant expungement of his record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes, finding he will benefit, and society will not be harmed upon successful completion of sentence.
