Felony

Daniel Lee Pilcher, 25, Milwaukee, possess firearm – convicted of felony on 6/2/18, Guilty Plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of four (4) years, two (2) years initial confinement, followed by two (2) years extended supervision. Execution of sentence is stayed, and defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Have no contact with subject a; 3) Maintain full-time employment/schooling combination; 4) Maintain absolute sobriety; 5) Pay costs of action; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Have no possession of any firearms, ammunition, or weapons; 8) Perform one hundred (100) hours of community service work; 9) Spend nine (9) months in jail, under the Huber Law, to commence on 06-11-19 by 6:00 p.m. Transfer to Ozaukee County or Waukesha County Jail is authorized. Calvin A Kapitz, 18, Two Rivers, bail jumping and operate vehicle w/o consent on 9/11/18, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Sentences are withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for four (4) years. Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain full-time employment, schooling, job search combination; 3) Obtain GED/HSED; 4) AODA assessment and follow through; 5) Any other counseling deemed appropriate by the agent; 6) Pay costs of action; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 8) Have no contact with subject a and Pick n Save; 9) Pay restitution of $877.40 to Nathan Yarie and $5,236.02 to Progressive Insurance; 10) Submit DNA sample; 11) On count 1, spend five (5) months in jail, under the Huber Law, consecutive to Brown County Case 18 CF 1070.

Alexis Francisco Juarez, 19, Sheboygan, operate with restricted controlled substance on 8/13/18, Guilty due to no contest plea,  $831.50 forfeitures and costs to be paid by 07-22-2019 or 17 days jail for failure to pay. Alcohol assessment. Six (6) month license revocation.

Calvin A Kapitz, 18, Two Rivers, hit and run on 9/8/18, Guilty due to no contest plea, $300.00 fine, plus costs, total of $831.00, as a condition of probation on 18 CF 622. Submit DNA sample.

Calvin A Kapitz, 18, Two Rivers, bail jumping and retail theft on 12/31/18, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentences are withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain full-time employment, schooling, job search combination. 3) Obtain GED/HSED; 4) AODA assessment and follow through; 5) Any other counseling deemed appropriate by the agent; 6) Pay costs of action; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 8) Have no contact with Fox’s Piggly Wiggly; 9) Pay restitution of $51.99 to Fox’s Piggly Wiggly; 10) Submit DNA sample.

Juan Carlos Torres Jr., 19, Manitowoc, Party to Crime- criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct on 2/2/18,  Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentences are withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for eighteen (18) months. Conditions of probation are: 1) Complete high school; 2) Maintain full-time work/schooling combination; 3) Spend sixty (60) days in jail, under the Huber Law, to commence on 06-19-19 by 6:00 p.m. 4) Assessment/treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 5) Attend anger management counseling; 6) Pay costs of action; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 8) Have no contact with subject a, subject b, subject c and subject d. 9) Submit DNA sample and pay surcharge. Court finds that if the defendant performs fifty (50) hours of community service work within the first three (3) months, court will grant expungement of his record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes, finding he will benefit, and society will not be harmed upon successful completion of sentence.
