Sarah J Fitzgerald, 31, Two Rivers, possess methamphetamine with intent to deliver on 11/12/18, Guilty plea, Sentence withheld. Defendant is placed on probation with DOC for a period of three (3) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Spend one (1) year in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law. That is nine (9) months commencing 08-10-2019 by 5:00 p.m. and three (3) months jail imposed and stayed to be imposed at agents discretion and by further order of the Court. Conditions of probation: 1) Comply with drug court; 2) Assessment/treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 3) AODA assessment and follow through; 4) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 5) Maintain full-time employment/schooling combination as able; 6) Pay costs of action; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 8) Submit DNA sample and pay surcharge. There is $5,000 cash bail which will first be applied to court costs in this case and 19CF213. The remaining balance will be returned to the party who furnished the bail.
