Wells Fargo: Wisconsin Leads Country In Farm Bankruptcies

Financial officials report 45 Wisconsin farms filed Chapter-12 bankruptcy in the fiscal year ending June 30th.  The report from Wells Fargo reveals Wisconsin leads the nation in farm bankruptcies.  Kansas was second over the same time period with 39.  The increase in the number of Wisconsin farms being closed down is blamed on the loss of export markets for dairy farmers.
