Jami Lynn Smorynski, 47, Kiel, theft-movable property and possess/ illegally obtained prescription on 10/10/18, Guilty plea, Sentence Withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety with the exception of prescribed medications which are to be taken only in prescribed doses; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, work search or combination; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Provide DNA sample 8) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 9) Defendant may not be employed in any capacity as a caregiver for the elderly; 10) On count 1 only – Spend thirty (30) days in the county jail, under the Huber Law, stayed and to be imposed at the agents discretion and upon order of the court.
