It may look more like Christmas outside, but today is actually Halloween.
Many area cities have announced their trick-or-treat times, with most beginning at 4:00 and ending at 7:00 PM. Some notable exceptions include Manitowoc which will start an hour later along with Little Chute Mishicot, Oshkosh, New London and Two Rivers.
Several municipalities preferred to have their celebration over the weekend, including Kiel, Francis Creek, and Chilton.
It is expected to continue to snow until around 3:00 this afternoon, and temperatures will remain around the freezing line, so be sure to bundle up when you bring the kiddos out to collect all that chocolate goodness.
