Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) On count 2 only, spend sixty (60) days in the county jail, under the Huber Law, to commence 11-14-2019 by 6:00pm. 3) AODA assessment and follow through; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, work search or combination; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Maintain absolute sobriety with the exception of any prescribed medications, taken only as prescribed. 8) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 9) Comply with all aspects and directives of CHIPS order related to case 18JC1. Any contact with the children related to said CHIPS order must be first approved by Human Services and DOC. The defendant must get permission from the agent and treatment provider before withdrawing from any treatment she is placed in through her AODA and COMPAS assessments. The defendant has credit for 4 days, if revoked.
