Four months after being shut down by Manitowoc County, the former Warren’s Restaurant is now up for sale.
The staple of downtown Manitowoc was forced to close after the owner failed to have a certified food manager on staff. Warrens was issued a 120-day notice to rectify the situation but failed to do so.
