Bailey L Keil, 16, Manitowoc, burglary-building or dwelling and theft movable property-special facts as party to a crime, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of eight (8) years, four (4) years initial confinement, followed by four (4) years extended supervision, imposed and stayed. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC four (4) years. Steven J Stimac, 35, Oconto Falls, failure to support child (2-counts), Guilty due to no contest plea, count 1 – Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain full-time employment/job search combination; 3) Defendant is to inform the Child Support Agency of any jobs he does in which he gets compensation, including cash jobs; 4) Defendant is to notify the Child Support Agency within 24 hours of any change in employment; 5) Comply with any Child Support Orders in effect; 6) Pay costs of action including extradition fees; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. Count 2 – Defendant is sentenced to the Manitowoc County Jail for one (1) year, under the Huber Law, to commence today. Defendant is given credit for 166 days already served. $355.00 court costs imposed, to be paid as a condition of probation on count 1.
Nicolas Nigel, 22, Amberg, possession of narcotic drugs (oxycodone) on 2/27/17, Guilty plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Manitowoc County Jail for one (1) year, concurrent with the sentence defendant is presently serving. Defendant is given 169 days sentence credit. Court costs are converted to a civil judgment.

Count 2 – Discharge firearm within 100 yards of building – Defendant is sentenced to the Manitowoc County Jail for nine (9) months, concurrent with count 1, time served. Count 3 – Possess dangerous weapon -person <18 – Defendant is sentenced to the Manitowoc County Jail for nine (9) months, concurrent with counts 1 and 2, time served. Defendant is given credit for 209 day’s time already served. $1,003.00 court costs imposed, to be paid as a condition of probation on 19 CF 429.
Jonathan A Taylor, 28, Green Bay, OWI (3rd) on 3/8/17, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence Withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years.
