Stephanie R Reid, 35, Manitowoc, operate with restricted controlled substance (2nd) on 9/2/18, Guilty due to no contest plea, $350.00 fine plus costs and blood draw fee, total $1449.00 to be paid by 04-10-2020 or 29 days jail for failure to pay. Alcohol Assessment. Twelve (12) month license revocation. Ignition interlock for period of revocation. Ten (10) days Manitowoc County Jail, Huber Law, commencing May 3, 2020 by 6:00 p.m. The Court finds that the defendant has one (1) day credit. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
Juan Antonio Deleon-Gonzalez, 20, Green Bay, possession of THC (3-counts) on 9/19/19, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence Withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for eighteen (18) months. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, work search or combination; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Provide DNA sample 8) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 9) Complete HSED or GED; 10) Spend sixty (60) days in the county jail, under the Huber Law, stayed and to be imposed if the defendant does not get his HSED or GED within the first 15 months of probation; Defendant has credit for 2 days, if revoked. Expungement is ordered under Section 973.015 upon completion of 90 hours of community service within the first 15 months of probation. The Court finds that the defendant will benefit and society will not be harmed by expungement in this matter.
