Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety; 4) Maintain fulltime employment at agent’s discretion; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Provide DNA sample 8) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 9) Spend four (4) months in the county jail, under the Huber Law, stayed and to be imposed at the agents discretion and upon order of the court; Defendant has credit for 3 days if revoked. The Court would grant early discharge from probation after 1 year of successful completion of probation, at the agents discretion.
