Shoreline Hometown Credit Union has announced the promotion of three of its team members. Kelly Culver is the new Market Manager, while Matt York has been placed in charge of the Manitowoc location as it’s Branch Manager, and Lisa Sment has a new role as the President of Operations.
Culver has only been with Shoreline since 2018, but she has over 12 years of experience. Her responsibilities include supporting both branches with adherence to operational and account opening policies and procedures as well as working closely with the Hometown Business Development Officer to help promote the Credit Union.
York, meanwhile, has two years of banking experience and 12 years in the customer and member service industry. Matt is responsible for managing branch employees, training, and day-to-day operations at the credit union.
Sment has been working in the banking industry for the past 16 years and is responsible for developing and ensuring adherence to policy and procedure, digital growth and risk mitigation, and managing the Market Manager and Branch Managers
