Wisconsin is just over one week away from its new license year for anglers and hunters.
The Department of Natural Resources says sportsmen who are renewing their licenses will be pushed to use online options this spring.
The D-N-R has temporarily suspended its counter services at all of its Wisconsin centers with the current licenses expiring a week from Tuesday.
A new license is needed to legally take part in a Wisconsin hunting or fishing season after April 1st.
Licenses can be purchased online at gowild.wi.gov 24 hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.
