Wisconsin Supreme Court has ruled that the Governor cannot postpone Tuesday’s presidential primary, despite virus outbreak fears. Earlier today Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers had issued an executive order to delay the state’s scheduled Tuesday presidential primary election for two months.
With the Supreme Court Decision, the Primary Election is back on and all polling places will be open at 7 am on Tuesday.
