A 34-year-old driver from West Bend is accused of being drunk when he lost control of his vehicle Saturday and fatally injured a pedestrian.
The accident happened at about 3:30 p-m in Saukville.
The victim was an 82-year-old woman, however no names have been released.
Investigators say the out-of-control truck drifted over the centerline, and into a ditch before hitting the woman.
The driver suffered minor injuries when his vehicle hit and broke a power pole.
