No news is good news as far as COVID-19 is concerned.
In Manitowoc County, there were no new cases of the virus reported yesterday, and no new recoveries, meaning there are still 40 confirmed cases, 21 of which are active, and 18 recoveries.
85 more tests came back negative, bringing that number up to 3,733.
The percentage of positive cases in Manitowoc is about 1%.
In Sheboygan County there were four more cases confirmed, which now gives them a total of 119 total cases. 23 of those cases remain active as 93 people have fully recovered. That is a rise of four cases.
A whopping 570 negative tests results have come back as well, leaving a total of 4,888 negatives.
While 119 cases seems like a lot, Sheboygan County has a positive return rate of about 2.4%.
