Raymond Martin Mikeal, 58, Two Rivers, aggravated battery – use of a dangerous weapon, battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement, resist officer – substantial bodily harm/ soft tissue injury, resist officer, bail jumping (4-counts), misdemeanor carrying a concealed knife, on 7/31/18, Guilty at jury trial, On counts 1, 2 and 3, the defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of six (6) years. That is three (3) years initial confinement followed by three (3) years extended supervision, on each count, concurrent, commencing immediately. On counts 8, 9, 10 and 11, the defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of four (4) years. That is one (1) year initial confinement followed by three (3) years extended supervision, on each count, concurrent, but consecutive to the sentences imposed on counts 1, 2 and 3. On counts 7 and 12, the defendant is sentenced to nine (9) months county jail, under the Huber Law, on each count, concurrent and concurrent with the prison sentences imposed on 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Court costs are waived on counts 7 and 12. The Court finds the defendant not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program or the Substance Abuse Program. The defendant has credit for 92 days. Conditions of extended supervision: 1) Provide DNA sample; 2) Pay court costs; 3) pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 4) have no contact with Officer Lade or any member of his family; 5) maintain fulltime employment, if able to work and at the agents discretion; 6) pay restitution. The parties have 60 days to submit a restitution figure to the Court. If not agreed upon, a hearing will be set. Cash bail will be held until the amount of restitution is determined and will be applied.
