COVID-19 has infiltrated the Two Rivers Police Department.
According to Police Chief Brian Kohlmeier, at least one member of his staff tested positive for the virus, and they are looking into who that person may have been in contact with.
In a news release, Kohlmeier stated, “We are not aware of any spread f this disease beyond the affected staff of this Department. Nonetheless, we are in direct and continual communication with the Manitowoc County Health Department, and have provided information for contact tracing.”
He also said that no additional information will be released at this time, citing confidentiality reasons.
