Protesters took to the streets of downtown Madison again Tuesday night after the arrest of a black activist.
28-year-old Devonere Johnson had been speaking through a megaphone which walking around an outdoor patio and then entering a restaurant.
Video submitted by police shows him doing that, then a struggle when officers tried to arrest him.
Johnson has been present at several Black Lives Matter protests and has said he would like to meet with interim Madison Police Chief Vic Wahl.
