There is only one new case of COVID-19 to report today in Manitowoc County.
This minor increase brings the county wide total to 81, however the number of active cases actually dropped. 3 more people fully recovered, bringing that total up to 31, and the number of active cases down to 49.
Another 142 tests came back negative, bringing that number up to 5,496.
As a reminder, patients are only listed as fully recovered in Manitowoc County after 30 days have passed since they first tested positive.
In Sheboygan County, the only change in the statistics were positive, as no new cases were reported. 190 people have contracted the virus, while 9 more people fully recovered. This leaves the County with 167 recoveries, and 19 active cases.
Testing is still happening at a high rate, as 235 people tested negative, for a total of 8,481 negative tests.
