The number of COVID-19 cases continues their steady rise in both Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties.
Two more cases were reported yesterday by the Manitowoc County Health Department, leaving a total of 116 positive cases. One person was listed as fully recovered over the weekend, leaving 77 active cases, 38 recoveries, and one death in the county. 242 more negative tests came back since Friday as well, raising that number up to 6,614.
In Sheboygan County, they are no longer issuing reports over the weekend, but as of Friday, 227 cases have been reported, 33 of which remain active, and 190 people have fully recovered. A total of 10,291 tests have3 come back negative as well.
