A new “drive-in” restaurant is expected to open in the near future right across from the Manitowoc County Airport.
SeehaferNews.com has spoken with Jeremy “Jay” Quasius about his 1950’s themed remodeling of the former Menasha Avenue airport restaurant.
Quasius has plans to open in about a month with a ‘50’s theme and menu, and car-hop service.
It will be known as Deklan’s, which is his son’s name.
The location was originally Powell’s Dog and Sudz and the new owner is said to be negotiating to purchase the old fixtures from the former Penquin drive-in on Calumet Avenue.
