In their daily COVID-19 report yesterday, the Manitowoc County Health Department reported more recoveries than they did new cases, which hasn’t happened in quite some time.
Only 2 new cases were added, while 5 more people have fully recovered, and 164 negative tests came back. This leaves the pandemic totals at 351 cases, 196 of which remain active, and 10,843 negative test results.
In Sheboygan County, the numbers look relatively the same as they have over the past few weeks. 10 new cases were reported, along with 31 recoveries and 486 negative test results. A total of 814 cases have been confirmed throughout the pandemic, while 23,047 tests came back negative, and 124 people are still fighting the virus.
