For the second day in a row, the number of active COVID-19 cases in Manitowoc County did not rise.
In yesterday’s report from the County Health Department, 7 new cases were reported, along with 7 recoveries and 38 negative tests. This leaves the pandemic totals at 358 cases, 196 of which remain active, and 10,881 negative test results.
In Sheboygan County, only 5 new cases were reported, the lowest number reported since July 21st, when the same number were confirmed. On top of that, 17 people have been listed as recovered, and 135 more tests came back negative.
819 cases have been confirmed since the start of the pandemic, 112 of them remain active, and 23,182 tests have come back negative.
