The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office has charged a 21-year-old man with first-degree reckless homicide. Jaffet Vellon is accused of shooting another driver after a minor accident last Friday.
Police say it was a case of road rage. Investigators say the victim died while shielding his wife from Vellon’s bullets. Vellon is being held in the Milwaukee County Jail.
