Daniel R Lowery, 35, Manitowoc, possess/intent to deliver methamphetamine (2nd or subsequent offense) on 2/29/20, xxx, the defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of three and a half (3.5) years. That sentence will consist of eighteen (18) months initial confinement followed by two (2) years extended supervision. The sentence will be served consecutive to any other sentence the defendant is currently serving.
