Isaac J Wilda-Specht, 21, Two Rivers, 3rd degree sexual assault, false imprisonment, battery, disorderly conduct-use of a weapon, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Count 1 – Court will accept the Deferred Judgment Agreement, approve it and sign the approval. Count 2 – Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of six (6) years, three (3) years initial confinement, followed by three (3) years extended supervision. Execution of sentence is stayed and defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain full-time employment/schooling/job search combination; 3) Thirty (30) days jail imposed and stayed, to be imposed upon the agent’s discretion; 4) Pay costs of action; 5) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 6) Submit DNA sample and pay surcharge.
