Lindsey L.R.J. Sukowaty, 31, Manitowoc, possession of methamphetamine on 3/11/19, Guilty due to no contest plea, The Court sentences the defendant to the Manitowoc County Jail for eight (8) months, under the Huber Law, commencing immediately. The defendant has credit for 74 days. The Court further orders a civil judgment for any unpaid court ordered financial obligations. MOTION FOR FURLOUGH – The Court will allow release 9/4/20, from 4:30-6:00, to attend the wake for her fiancé’. The defendant shall be picked up from the jail by her grandmother and is required to remain in her grandmothers presence the entire time she is away from the jail. The defendant will also be required to submit to a urine screen or PBT if requested to do so by the jail.
