The Manitowoc City Clerks Office has issued a reminder for property owners & unpaid special assessments.
Those assessments, bearing a November 1st due date, will automatically be transferred to the tax roll on that date.
In addition, property owners entitled to the installment payment plan will automatically be given that plan by entry of installments, plus interest on the tax roll.
